* Ranked top in 2006 among retailers for the fourth consecutive year according to the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) jointly compiled by the Korea Productivity Center and Chosun Daily.
In the National Customer Satisfaction Index, a joint study conducted by the Korea Productive Center, Chosun Daily and the University of Michigan, Lotte was found to be the absolute most popular retailer among all Korean retailers four years in a row.

Korea Retail Award

*Awarded the 2006 President¡¯s Prize for merit in the retail industry by the Korean Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) and Maeil Business Daily.
Lotte was honored with the 2006 President's Prize for its contribution to protecting consumer rights and raising the level of consumer confidence in the retail industry by placing top priority in its clients needs.

National Brand Competitiveness Index

* Ranked top among retailers at the National Brand Competitiveness Index (NBCI) in 2006 for three consecutive years according to the Korea Productivity Center and JoongAng Ilbo

Research performed by KMA showed that Lotte gained the top spot on the ¡®Brand Power Index¡¯ of the Department Store sector for 2006
